Responsibilities:
Training and inductions will be given upon your commencement. Please find basic details below:

• Sales lead generation/telephone sales
• Customer Quotations/negotiations
• Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.
• IT literate / Excel ,Word ,Outlook
• Problem-solving within the role parameters, understanding when to escalate problems
• Sales skills: able to identify and fully support the development of sales opportunities

Required Skills and experience:

• Excellent self-organisation and focus required
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience within an ordering processing/sales support and customer service capacity - Essential
• Analytical and excellent with solving problems
• Excellent at multi-tasking and juggling priorities

• Drive and enthusiasm
• Flexible team player with focus and organisation
• A proactive approach to tasks and desire to learn new skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
